The unpredictables of TOTW 13

We all know TOTW 13 is a big one, and after missing seven players from our Predictions, we take a look at why those mystery men made the cut, and who EA should have included in this week’s 18. It is time for us that we play FIFA 15 with FIFA 15 coins and fight side by side with your friends or your family.
The Unpredictables – 7 Players Missed

When it comes to saving penalties, Allan McGregor is your man. He’s now saved all three penalties he’s faced in the Premier League this season denying Charlie Austin, Frank Lampard and on the weekend Graham Dorrans. That save, low to his left secured The Tigers a crucial point in a 0-0 draw and McGregor’s good form will need to continue, when Hull visit Chelsea this weekend.

Dortmund are still in a right pickle in the Bundesliga, but with Hummels stepping up to secure a clean sheet in their 1-0 win over Hoffenheim, things may finally be looking up. The in-demand Hummel’s put in a heroic performance for his team winning a whopping eight aerial challenges which help Klopp’s Dortmund to 14th in the table.

There was no clean sheet for Udinese against Inter last Sunday, but they did go on to win after going 1-0 down. Center back Thomas Heurtaux helped to kick start the comeback by assisting Bruno Fernandes for the equaliser. He was also their top performer on the day and that win edges Udinese ever closer to the European chasing pack in Serie A.

When Nani was forced off after half hour, Sporting certainly needed some inspiration from the man replacing him, and boy did they get it. Carrillo came on, scored the first and assisted a further two for teammates Mane and Joao Mario to complete a 3-1 win against Boavista. Back to back wins leave Sporting 4th in the league.

PSG may have gone a goal down against Nantes but luckily for them the mercurial legend Ibra was on hand to correct the score in Paris by netting either side of half time. Water is wet, the sky is blue, etc. PSG remain just a point behind leaders Marseille in Ligue 1, and we get ST Ibra and ST Ronaldo in the same TOTW. Happy days.

Universiadad de Chile won the league title in dramatic fashion after previous leaders Colo Colo slipped to 2-0 loss, which allowed Gustavo Gonzales to seize the trophy for Universidad with an 88th minute penalty winner. However, goalkeeper Johnny Herrera made a number of crucial saves at 0-0 to keep his team in the game and thus claims his IF as their unsung hero.

 The Underrated

The Futhead community were not happy with Milik’s absence from TOTW 13 and neither am I. He came on as a sub in Ajax’s 5-0 win over Willem but in that time he scored twice and grabbed an assist too. That leaves the 20 year old on 8 goals for the season in just 6 appearances, half of which he’s only been used as a substitute. Carrillo (who did make TOTW) had 1 goal, 2 assists totaling 4 goals in 9 games. Answers on a postcard.

He already has a rather splendid In Form card, but Chopou-Moting was once again firing on all cylinders in Schalke’s 4-0 drubbing of bottom club Stuttgart. There were quite a few hat tricks last weekend which has made competition for the ST positions in TOTW 13 tough, but Eric scored his using just three shots, making him captain efficiency.
