In years past, the Zandalar tribe, encompassing the wise and scholarly progenitors of the trolls, heroically assisted the Horde and the Alliance with thwarting the nefarious activities of their brethren in Zul’Gurub and Zul’Drak. Yet the chaos unleashed by the recent Cataclysm has reshaped the Zandalari’s philosophy about the world and the dwindling remnants of their race. Led by a mysterious prophet known only as Zul, the Zandalari have issued a call to Azeroth’s embattled troll populations: unite into a single mighty empire and save their race from extinction.

Star Wars: The Old Republic : Tightening Up the GraphicsStar Wars: The Old Republic : Tightening Up the Graphics

The lack of high-resolution character and armor textures outside of cutscenes in Star Wars: The Old Republic turned out to be an intentional move by Bioware and has stirred quite an uproar in the player community. We offer our thoughts in this week’s SWTOR column.our general method for swtor power leveling :kiiling monster, select the character which most coincide with their hobby, hand over the account to our company, and we we willfinsh their order via brand-new precautionary measure,so any accident happended during the period of power leveling:suspension, banning,or compromised account will not existedPlayers have been wondering about the non-functional ‘High’ setting in the game’s graphics options for some time now. If you’re unfamiliar, setting the game’s graphics settings to ‘High’ is visually no different from setting the game to ‘Medium’. Players also noticed that they were unable to achieve the same graphical quality they were seeing in the game’s cinematic dialogue while playing out in the game world. With enough folks clamoring for answers to both of these concerns, BioWare’s Stephen Reid promised to get them one.

Guild Wars 2 : Micro-AwesomenessGuild Wars 2 : Micro-Awesomeness

One of the most controversial words these days in MMOs is “microtransaction”. The idea of microtransactions always stirs a lot of emotion. In today’s Guild Wars 2 column, we explore the thought of microtransactions in GW2. Read on and let us know what you think in the comments. our sercices and price is the best that other companies cannot offer to.Now,register and buy the cheapest  Guild Wars 2 gold , our sercices and price is the best that other companies cannot offer to.Now,register and buy the cheapest Guild Wars 2 gold from our company,.The customers will get the cheapest our sercices and price is the best that other companies cannot offer.

ArenaNet had a nice system for Guild Wars where they used microtransactions to sell mission packs. ArenaNet has said that they will be using micro-transactions for Guild Wars 2, but they didn’t want players to have an advantage over others just because they spent a few extra dollars. This is a real game, not one of those Facebook click-fests that pulls our money out of us by inconveniencing us. To get back to the mission pack, it takes place in the lore of the game, using a different character with skills the game gave you. You controlled the character to see an event that took place in the games past. What was great about this mission pack was that it really expanded the universe.

Star Wars: The Old Republic : EA to Make a ‘Significant’ ProfitStar Wars: The Old Republic : EA to Make a ‘Significant’ Profit

Earlier in the week, Blizzard’s Bobby Kotick opined that EA might not see the stellar profits from Star Wars: The Old Republic that might be expected. However, financial analyst Michael Pachter begs to differ. LucasArts is anticipated to take a 35% cut of profits but only after EA has recouped its development costs.

“On an ongoing basis, they will split revenue from running the subscription business. My best guess is that they will attract 1.5 million subscribers paying around $15 a month, so they should generate around $270 million in revenue. If LucasArts gets 35 per cent and if EA incurs around 35 per cent operating expense, they make 30 per cent, or around $80 million per year, in profit. That’s not bad.”Our team provide professional swtor gold, Power Leveling service and services for many other online games .It’s not wrong to choose us to buy swtor gold. we would do our best tohelp you enjoy your game, our company  is the professional and efficient which leading MMORPG service company. Twilight Valley PreviewTwilight Valley Preview

During PAX East, our boots on the ground had the opportunity to check out TERA in a unique way by delving into the Twilight Valley dungeon. We’ve got a pair of hands on previews for you so keep reading!

I’ve played a lot of TERA over the course of the beta weekends, but rarely have I been able to get into full groups, and I’ve never seen a dungeon to date.If you are still finding a legit tera Gold Seller which can offer you Cheap tera  Gold. You really need to check our website. Buy tera Gold from here can save your money a bigtime, as well as give you a chance to win  extra Free tera  Gold

I can’t wait for the OBT (Open Beta Test) to really begin my characters, especially after a taste of what dungoneering as a Lancer is like during PAX East. At the booth for TERA, we were brought into a secluded room with five individual PCs set up for one of five classes. I chose the Lancer, Mike chose the Slayer, a couple of other folks took the Sorcerer and Warrior, and an En Masse employee (Sam Kim, Producer) handled the healing. Thank God, too, because it turns out BAMs in high level dungeons aren’t exactly pushovers.

Welcome to Kingsmouth TrailerWelcome to Kingsmouth Trailer

With the slow trickle of information and media for Funcom’s upcoming MMOG, The Secret World, today’s development is pretty huge. GameSpot has debuted a new The Secret World trailer, featuring the sleepy, and apparently zombie-infested town of Kingsmouth, which was recently revealed as part of Funcom’s continuing viral campaign for the game.

“Welcome to Kingsmouth…Welcome to Hell.”

Even the trailer is a tease, the footage is black and white and grainy. Oh Funcom, pull back the curtains already! We want to see!

Halas Reborn: New Screenshots, TrailerHalas Reborn: New Screenshots, Trailer

Sony Online Entertainment has released 15 new screenshots and a new trailer for the upcoming Halas Reborn update to EverQuest II.

Halas Reborn introduces the rebirth of Halas, a popular zone in the original EverQuest, to EverQuest II as a new starter zone.  Halas has reappeared on an island in the Frostfang Sea and includes content for both new and high level players, including two new raids, new housing, themed Marketplace items, a new simpler and more intuitive quest journal in the form of the Storyteller system, and lots more!

Halas Reborn is set to go live on May 25, and players who login between May 25 and 28 can receive a Frostpaw Kitten through the in-game Marketplace. In order to be eligible accounts must be in good standing, and there is a limit of one Frostpaw Kitten per character.

Return to EverquestReturn to Everquest

RETURN TO EVERQUEST!” It sounds like and epic movie but it’s really just MMORPG.com writer Phil James on a hunt to find an MMO home and going back to familiar territory.  Phil has fond memories of Everquest from years ago and he jumps back in to see if it still captivates. Check it out and then let us know what you’re thinking in the comments.

You never forget your first love. I first came to mmos with the arrival of Star Wars Galaxies. I was living with a huge Star Wars fan at the time (huge meaning a dedicated fan that is, not morbidly obese) and he couldn’t get his wallet out fast enough to buy Galaxies on its release. Being a video game junkie I gave it a go, but wasn’t hooked. Sorry, but my geek credentials don’t extend to being a fan of the holy trilogy – I’m ignoring episodes 1 – 3. However, I did get my first taste of mmos and a pattern was formed in my mind; I had discovered where my tastes lay. Not long after SOE released a fantasy mmo (much more my cup of tea) and upon trying Everquest II I was hooked, my preference had blossomed into full blown love.

Bioware’s Daniel Erickson: “No point” to Existing MMOs Bioware’s Daniel Erickson: “No point” to Existing MMOs

Speaking to CVG last week, Bioware’s Daniel Erickson, Lead Writer on Star Wars: The Old Republic, discussed the poor track record of existing MMORPGs when it comes to really living up to those last three letters, declaring that early MMOs to current MMOs offer “no point” and possess a marked “lack of fun”.

“In the early days when they first announced that there were MMOs, like the existence of them, I knew in my head what that meant – because I played Role Playing Games. It was just giant Role Playing Games.

“And then MMO [games] showed up, and it wasn’t that. It was the ruleset to an RPG: There was combat, and there were areas, but that was all. Someone had left out the module. There was no story, there was no point. You just kind of wandered around. And that hasn’t really changed all that much over the years.

“We’ve always had that thought in the back of our heads: That Old Republic should be all the things we thought an MMO would be in the first place – which is all the parts of an RPG. Which means – and this is the most radical idea – it should just be fun. Like, just fun to play. You shouldn’t be trying to ignore all of the content to get to the end as fast as possible.”

Things aren’t completely bleak, however, as Daniel does note that a few of the more recent MMOs have been offering better content, albeit only in the early or “first 20″ levels, though, at least to Daniel, it’s still not up to snuff.

Wild Hunt Rewards ExtendedWild Hunt Rewards Extended

The Warhammer Online Herald has been updated with information indicating that the Wild Hunt has been extended until September 14th. The extension is due to the disabling the Live Event Herald NPC which was causing instability issues on WAR servers. The NPC will most likely be reactivated after routine maintenance on Tuesday, September 14th.

PLEASE NOTE: This does not affect players ability to complete all of the tasks associated with the Wild Hunt, simply the ability to collect the rewards associated with the Live Event. Players will once more be able to collect their rewards once the Live Event Herald has been re-enabled following weekly maintenance.

As a result of the Live Event Herald being temporarily disabled, we will be extending the period in which players are able to collect their rewards for the Wild Hunt by a week. As a reminder, the Wild Hunt Live Event will conclude on 9/14/2010, so be sure to complete your tasks prior to Tuesday’s maintenance.
